Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the LunaVector platform operated by LunaVector B.V. ("LunaVector", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You may not use LunaVector if you are located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the service would be unlawful.

3. The service

LunaVector is a non-custodial tool that helps you build and maintain crypto index portfolios on exchanges you already use. We connect to your exchange via API keys and propose or execute rebalancing trades according to the index methodology you select.

• We never take custody of your funds and cannot make withdrawals from your exchange account.
• Trade execution occurs on your connected exchange and is subject to its rules, fees, and availability.
• Index data and methodology are provided by MarketVector Indexes GmbH.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Enable two-factor authentication and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Exchange connections

You authorise LunaVector to access your exchange account through the API keys you provide, solely to read balances and place trades consistent with your selected index. You must grant keys without withdrawal permissions. You may revoke access at any time from your exchange.

6. Subscription and fees

Access is provided on a subscription basis at the plan price shown at sign-up. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. We do not charge performance fees, deposit or withdrawal fees, or trade commissions; your exchange may charge its own fees.

7. Free trial

Eligible plans include a one-month free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan and the applicable fee will be charged.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it, or using it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

10. Intellectual property

The LunaVector platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by LunaVector B.V. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. "MarketVector" and related index names are trademarks of MarketVector Indexes GmbH.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunaVector is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. 12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or where required by law. On termination, your licence to use the service ends; your assets remain in your own exchange account.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
